How To Order

1. Online: You can view the restaurant menus located by your delivery city. Click the "Order Online" button. If you are new to placing an order choose your delivery zip code from the drop down menu. Follow our easy directions to place your  online order.

2. By Phone: Dial 614-324-2650. One of our friendly operators will assist you by taking your name,  address (including main cross-streets, gate/security codes, etc.), and phone number and will assist you in placing your food order from a restaurant in your delivery zone. Be sure to include any special instructions regarding food preparation and once the order is placed, all orders are final. Your operator will give you an estimated time of delivery which is generally within the hour, depending on travel time, traffic/road conditions, peak dining hours, and orders from more than one restaurant. Please allow additional delivery time for larger orders of $100.00 or more.  You will receive an itemized, printed receipt of your order from the driver at time of delivery.

Corporate accounts are welcome and gift certificates are available.

Our Service Pricing

1. There is a $4.99 delivery fee on all orders and is included in your total. This fee is not a driver gratuity.

2. There is a $15.00 food minimum per restaurant.

3. A 15% gratuity for the driver is automatically added to all orders.

4. Deliveries outside of your delivery zone may be charged a higher delivery fee or a higher food minimum or both depending on the restaurant and delivery location.

5. Multiple restaurant orders are subject to a $4.99 additional delivery fee per restaurant.

7. Restaurant coupons or promotions created by the restaurant or a third party are not valid for any deliveries made by Food Fetchers.

8. Restaurants may change their prices incrementally without notice. Restaurant prices displayed in this web site, online and printed material from Food Fetchers are for delivery only. (Prices may vary from in-house restaurant prices and menus). 

Credit Card / Debit Card Policy

1. When you place an order with Food Fetchers and want to use your credit or bank debit card as your payment method, we, at the time of the order receive a pre-approval authorization for the amount of the order. The amount is on hold by your bank, Food Fetchers DOES NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY. Your bank simply puts a hold on the funds until in the evening when Food Fetchers sends to the bank the actual amount which includes and changes to the order or tips added. Food Fetchers is not responsible for any overdrawn charges imposed by your bank. We thank you for your understanding and clarity on this matter.

2. We gladly accept VISA, Master card, American Express  and Discover. All credit cards, checks and house account orders are subject to a 4% convenience fee (based on the food and delivery fee amounts) which is added to your order total. Cash orders are not charged the convenience fee.
